It is difficult to predict your percentile based on your accuracy level and number of questions attempted by you, because percentile is a relative number.
If the questions are easy and a lot of people have attempted with higher accuracy than you, your percentile will come down. Just opposite to that is if the questions are tough and other students have not done well, with your accuracy level your percentile will go up.
Based on the feedback available from test takers who appeared in the morning slot, it is estimated that an overall attempt of around 85 - 87 attempts with around 90 percent accuracy (net score 305 to 310) would fetch around 99+ percentile. Attempts of around 74-76 questions with around 90 percent accuracy (net score 260 to 265) should fetch around 95 percentile. Attempts of around 64-66 questions with around 90 percent accuracy (net score 225 to 230) should fetch around 90 percentile.
