Whats done in past is done. Do not think that you will be below anyone because of the low scores. Anyways as a rule of thumb these low scores can always be compensated by higher CAT percentiles. There are many colleges which do not give much weigtage to past academics and you have achance to secure higher marks in BBA to improve your chances.

So stop thinking about it and start working hard on academics now and prepare for CAT.

and you will get diversity marks over engineers which will boost your chances.

You will be facing problems in getting into IIMs as your academics is not that much impressive as per the the demands of IIMs.Usually IIMs require percentile atleast above 97 and also boards marks are considered and later on GD PI.So you have to be very strong all round to get into IIMs.
