Hii I am a permanent resident of bihar and I have a domicile certificate of bihar. Also, I have passed my class 12th from a school in Delhi. Thus I am eligible to apply for 85% state quota of both states. Can I apply for 85% state quota counselling of both the states at the same year ie neet 2021??

In order to be eligible for the Delhi state quota seats, you need to have passed your class 12 from any school located in Delhi- NCR, affiliated to boards :-CBSE, ICSE or JMI.

BIHAR

Following students are eligible for Bihar State quota:-

* Students whose parent/s are residents of state of Bihar or  are refugees and settled in Bihar.

So, as you are permanent resident of bihar and have domicile certificate  as well so you are eligible for bihar state quota

* Students whose parent/s belong to state other than bihar  but are employed with government of Bihar.

* Students whose parent/s were in service with the government of before the establishment of Jharkhand, and whose services are transferable to  Jharkhand or Bihar government.

*Students whose parent/s are employed with  Central government ,PSUs, State undertakings and are posted in the state of Bihar.
