Hello,

To get admission in another college in second year you need to transfer to another college. If you do so you cannot avail fee reimbursement. You can only get fee reimbursement if you study in the admitted college through counselling under convener quota. You may have to pay the college fee as specified if you change your college in second year also you may have to pay the entire course fee before leaving the college you are currently studying. Please enquire in the respective college regarding the transfer from one college to another because each college has it own terms and conditions.
