hii I completed my diploma then if I want to join in BA then what is the process and BA is correct for me or b.tech is correct for me

if you opt for B.Tech as you will get more opportunities in future and it will be easy for you to do btech as you have already have the basic knowledge regarding the subjects in your Diploma.
If your choice is BA then you can get direct admissions into the private colleges.
