your details shown here are not clear because in general, obc category rank should be less than open category.based on your percentile, you have less chances to get seat in NITs but if you try hard you may have chances to get seat in IITs by attempting JEE ADVANCE EXAMINATION.

I am guessing your obc category rank to be 34803 as it cannot be more than the CRL. So as per this rank it could be difficult for you to get any branch in any of the nits/iiits/gfits as per the past year cutoffs. But cutoffs are very random and sometimes even sway away from the trend. So I'll advise you to apply for the jee advanced exam and try get a decent rank. Or you can apply for state universities which take mains marks into consideration. You would be provided with a home state quota.
