Hii, i got 118 in clat,what are my chances in top 10 NLUs??

Congratulations on your CLAT score. With your score of 118, your rank can lie anywhere between 232 to 932 if you are a student from the general category.
With this rank you can quite easily get into one of the top 10 NLU's if your rank is high enough.
However it your rank falls below 500, it may be difficult for you to secure an admission in these colleges.

Hey abhinav , this time paper was too easy ,so cut off will go up and thus we cabca just consider 2018 cut off. So if you can tell according to 2016 cut off ,i will be very helpful.
