So, according to your rank, I'm really sorry to tell you that you don't have much chances of getting a seat in agriculture or veterinary colleges , because the cutoffs for these colleges are very high as they are less in number and their seats are also very limited. Still, I'll mention some of the Agriculture and veterinary colleges that accepts seats through TS EAMCET and you can check if you get in :

Agriculture:

No. With a rank of 21,000 secured in TS EAMCET Agriculture 2020 and being a SC category candidate, there's almost no possibility of getting a seat either in veterinary science or agriculture. See, as per your performance in TS EAMCET 2020 and the last year cutoff trend categorically, then for SC category, the cutoff for veterinary science and agriculture ranged from 11290 to 14520 and 12950 to 20819 respectively. Had you have been secured with a minimum qualifying rank range, you would have managed to secure a seat. But since you did not manage to be in the range, so chances are less. Anyways, it's a rough estimation. The cutoff changes year wise. Meanwhile, you can pursue your career in agriculture in private colleges but do not opt veterinary science at private ones since the facilities are not good. If you want, you can give an another try too and try secure to secure more than minimum qualifying marks.
