Hello,
If we refer the last year's cut off marks for MP government Medical Colleges for General Category then the chances of admission are less as the cut off is 490 nd more. The cut off increases or decreases every year but not in a very wide range. Therefore, looking at the last year's cut off marks, the chances of admission in MBBS college with 465 marks is less.
Good Luck.
General Category: 493
OBC: 482
SC: 326
ST: 279
With 465 marks, it is difficult if you belong to General /OBC Categoroes. You may have to try in a Private Medical College. But on the other side if you belong to SC/ST Categories you can get a seat in a Government Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges in MP at:

You can also use our College Predictor services to check your options:

The cut-offs for this year have not been declared by the colleges yet but we can get a rough estimate from previous years'cut-off trends.
You haven't mentioned the category that you belong to so I'm assuming you belong to the general category.
With 465 marks it is extremely difficult for you to get admission in a government medical college in Madhya Pradesh. If you see the 2018 cut-off data then you will find that the lowest cut-off was 493 marks in Government Medical College in Khandwa.
The cut-off is expected to go higher this year as there were a large number of students who appeared for NEET exam and also the paper was easier this year.
You might be able to get into BDS in Government College of Dentistry Indore so you should keep an eye on that.
Otherwise, I would also recommend you to consider alternate medical courses like BAMS, BHMS, etc. or you can go for private medical colleges where you will get admission easily.
