Hii. I have filled my NATA form and did d payment . How to check whether my form has been filled successfully or not?

Dear Vaishnavi,
You have to take printout of the confirmation page which means that the your application form has been successfully submitted.
You are advised to take a printout of the confirmation page and preserve it for future reference.
