Hii, I have qualified JEE main 2020 last year and taken admission to an engineering college so am i eligible for jee advanced 2021 ? or i have to give JEE main 2021 again and qualify for jee advanced.

JEE provides students Two attempts for JEE Advanced irrespective of wether you attempted it after 12th or not .
If you missed JEE Advanced 2020 for pandemic reasons only then you have chance to direct sit in JEE Advanced 2021 without giving JEE Mains 2021, otherwise you to follow process by qualifying JEE Mains 2021 to eligible for JEE Advanced 2021.

As you have qualified jee mains 2020 and so you eligible for jee advanced 2020 but to give jee advanced 2021 you need to give jee mains 2021 and also clear the cut off required for jee advanced to give the exam in the 2021 . Your previous year clearance would not work for the year 2021.
