Hii I scored 143 in bhu uet can i get admission in bsc (hons) bio group regular seat in bhu campus or affiliated colleges

The cutoff 2018 Bio group for BHU UET regular seat were as follows
General - 1149 (cutoff rank) 265 (cutoff marks)
OBC - 797 (cutoff rank) 231 (cutoff marks)
Every year cutoff varies due to various factors such as no. Of students appeared, difficulty level of paper, highest marks scored and many more. So it is really very tough to predict this year's cut off.

This year with 185 mark i got obc rank of 798. are there any cances ? What are the fee structure please guide
