Dear Jagruti,
Hope you are doing great,
After completing your MBBS, you can join the Armed Forces Medical Services as a Doctor if you pass an interview conducted by a panel of Army Doctors in New Delhi. Candidates are evaluated based on their knowledge of medical subjects as well as their attitude, and they are then medically examined.
Armed forces medical services include the army, navy, and airforce, so you could receive any of the three services if you are chosen. The selection ratio in the army, navy, and airforce is usually 80:10:10 because the army is much larger than the navy or airforce.
Selection is usually done twice a year, in January and June. As a result, advertisements for selection are typically made between the months of February and August.
Another option is to get your MD/MS from an AFMS institute, which comes with a mandatory 05 years of service as an SSC officer.
I hope this will help you,
Best of Luck :)
