Hii I'm Polythenic 2nd year student.. I didn't applied scholarship in my 1st year.so can i apply for now in NSP in online..

Nope! For the scholarship you can't apply in the middle of the tenure. For scholarships you have to apply in the 1st year of your course and after that you have to renew the scholarship application by providing necessary details to the the web portal of the scholarship. So now in the 2nd year you can't apply for the scholarship.
