Dear Aspirant,
If you have appeared for the NEET first time, then I suggest you should take a drop year and prepare again for NEET 2020. To get into a good medical college you need to score above 550 marks. If you have scored these 267 marks on your own then you can go for drop and join some good coachings.
For your marks, now you will not be able to get a good college, although you could try for private colleges in your state. But the fee there will be very high, in the ranks of 5-8lacs per annum.

Dear it depends on that state and category if you apply to get the seat through state qouta.With this marks sorry to say but through AIQ its not possible to get the admission in Govt. Medical College.
