Dear student,

As you have secured 99000 rank in JEE mains with your OBC category then it is quite impossible for you to get a seat in any NITs or IIITs or any other good goverment colleges, from other state quota.
Because your Crl Rank must be around 300000.
And with this much you can not get any good goverment college not even from home state quota.
For getting a seat you must secure at least under 13000 OBC rank to get a seat in NITs and below 4000 rank for an IIITs.
Because the competitions are increased very much and with this 99000 rank you can't even get the lowest branch in in any NITs or IIITs.

Also the chances are very negligible in csab special round counseling. But you can hope to get some gftis with low branches.
Let suppose for one second, that you get any goverment college, but then you will not get a good branch.
So its better you try at some state colleges or other private Institutions.
