No you are not eligible for NEET 2021 as the eligilbity criteria states that the candidate should be minimum of 17 years of age by 31th December 2021 to be eligible for NEET 2021. As you will not be of 17 years of age by 31th December 2021 you will not be eligible to give NEET 2021. You will be eligible to give NEET 2022 as long as you have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board and got the required aggegrate.

As per the latest eligibility criteria of NEET 2021, a student born on or before December 31, 2004 is eligible to give NEET 2021 Exam. Now, as you are born on April 6, 2005, so you will not be eligible to sit in NEET 2021. Yes, you will be eligible for NEET 2022.
