Hello Nimisha,

You have to fill the form of NEET with exact details as they are on your Government ID proof like aadhar card.

Fill the form very carefully and if you still make any mistake NEET gives a form correction window when you can correct the mistakes in your application form.

Hey Nimisha,

The form will have the guidelines as to what will come first, the surname or the name, you can follow them

The name should be filled as given on the adhaar card, your name first then your surname
