hii my rank in DNB PDCET 2024 is 338 ..can I get a seat in govt district hospital in UP or haryana Or Mumbai in DNB obgy.. kindly advice if any other options available in any other state govt hospitals

Usually every year cutoff was under 500 rank for DNB CET in all specialisation you have high chance to get admission in DNB obgy but ot is not sure which location you may get as the city you mentioned is full early than other less popular Cities.
However The cutoff marks are also different for different institutes. The cutoff marks for institutes located in metros are usually higher than the cutoff marks for institutes located in rural areas.
