Hello Rajesh,
Your sister have a decent score on neet 2019, but these marks will definitely not fetch her a MBBS or BDS seat in any government college in Rajasthan even under state qouta also. As you also belong to unreserved category, this also decrease her chances to get a seat in any government college.
According to last year cutoff government medical college, dungarpur had the minimum cutoff with 560 marks in unreserved category under state qouta.
