Hi Ramya,

If you're planning for MBA in Human Resource then I would suggest you to give XAT exam too. As Xavier's Jamshedpur is considered to be best for mba in (HR).

Even though you can give ICET but for back up purpose give other related entrance exams also like, CAT, NMAT, IBSAT, etc.
