Every university/college has its own set of rules regarding the criteria of admission. They don't seem to be differentiating on their clauses, unless at extraordinary circumstances (that too not in government).

As your query is regarding your selection in MCC College where you haven't scored 74.5, required as per the cutoff,  hence you won't be allowed admission into this prestigious college. For once if you can, contact the admission desk by visiting the campus if you are zeal in taking admission here. They might consider you, but keep it to negligible.
