hii sir, I get 10000rank in VIT University but i need ECE in phase 2 councelling in vellore it will come or not

I hope you are doing good. As per your query, I would like to know you that at you rank you hold very high chances of getting admission in ECE branch in vit university, in recent years for ece branch cut off goes around 14500 . I will advise you to freeze your seats with the intial amount and start studying for the semester.
