Hey Bhargav,
You have no chances to get Admission at OU. Because even for the good rankers it may be some times impossible because most preferrence is given to the GATE Students. The students who write GATE, the seats will be filled firstly according to the GATE ranks. As there are few seats you have no chances to get Admission at Osmania University. You can try some other top colleges such as VNR, etc. The TS PGECET counselling will start from the 1st week of July 2019. To stay updated about counselling dates and details you can check here:
