Dear aspirant
First of all individual subject marks is not checked in any competitive exams as well as neet also,so you don't need to worry about your English marks. As you have scored 42 marks which you passed that subject successfully.
For NEET eligibility criteria only aggregate marks are needed.
The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
As you have got 62.33 ( 59+75+53 = 187×100/300) aggregate marks in your PCB subject, which is above NEET UG eligibility criteria and you fulfill that.
You will never face any problems during taking admission in any govt medical College or counseling time i can guarantee you. So instead of thinking about all this stuff, you need to prepare hard and to score well enough to get a govt seat.
