Yes you are eligible for NDA paper 1 2021 as the age limit is 16.5 years - 19.5 years so the candidates who were born between July 2, 2002, to July 1, 2005 are eligible to give NDA 1 2021 but it will be your last chance you are not eligible not eligible for NDA 2 2021 as the candidates who are born between January 2, 2003 to January 1, 2006 are eligible to give NDA 2 2021.  Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will release the eligibility criteria of NDA 2021 in the official notification.

As per official notification for NTA 2021, candidate must have age between 16.5 and 19.5. It is also mentioned that candidates must be born between Jupy 2,2001 to July 1,2004. As your birth date was 14 oct 2001. So you fit in criteria to apply for the exam.

So yes you can apply for the exam.
