Hey,
The cutoff depends on factors like total number of students who have appeared for the examination,the average highest lowest marks secured by the candidate,the category of the candidates and the previous year cutoffs. This year the question paper was easy for many students so the cutoff is expected to get high.
Your score is fairly good to get a seat in RMLNLU.
According to previous year cutoff a rank of around 638 got a seat from general category in the first cutoff.

The cut-off marks of clat changes every year based on the difficulty level of the questions asked in the paper.
Congratulations your marks are quite high and there are fair chances that you get rmlnlu or may be any higher nlu.
