You haven't mentioned your course and in which session you took admission, nevertheless if you're enquiring for the term and exam that is to be conducted in the month of February, then last date was 7th January and it's already over, you will have to appear for next term end exam which if is followed as per usual schedule might be conducted in the month of June and form will be available from March onwards, this has been the usual schedule which IGNOU has followed over the years until there is change in the schedule announced by the authority for the same.
