No. You have no chances to get Computer Science Engineering in CBIT through TS EAMCET 2021. For OC girl category, previous year's cutoff for CSE branch was 996 rank. Even for CSE specialization the cutoff rank was 1100. As your rank is 14299, you cannot get CSE branch in CBIT even if you have EWS certificate.
With your rank you can get Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology branches in CBIT.
