Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well. See,a 7 years service bond means that after completing your MBBS from a particular government medical college in Haryana, you'll have to serve in that hospital as an intern for 7 years . And if you want to leave after completing MBBS,without serving the bond you'll have to pay a certain amount of money to the college in order to get your important documents back .
Now ,many students find this really problematic because after MBBS they want to pursue their desired course in post-graduation and they need to appear in NEET PG exam for the same . Many students even wish to change their college or move abroad for further studies. But all this is not possible when you're serving a bond . Only after you complete the term of your bond ,you'll get your needed documents back and do further studies from wherever you wish to or pay the bond money which is usually in lakhs.
So,this is completely your own decision,if you want to serve in the same college or move outside.
Hope my answer helped.
