I am doing diploma from ECE. 2 year. I want to know about lateral entry in b.tech. And tell about BE also please

Through lateral entry you can get direct admission to 3rd semester of second year b.e or btech. The minimum educational eligiblity for admission to b.tech /b.e through lateral entry is Diploma with minimum required percentage. This minimum required percentage varies from institution to institution, for some 50% is required for some institutions minimum 55% is required.
Many institution takes admission directly on the basis of merit in diploma while some take admission through lateral entry entrance test. LEET is one of such entrance test. In many colleges there are certain number of seats reserved for lateral entry admission.
Before applying to any college you should check the eligiblity for admission to the required college as admission procedure and eligiblity may vary slightly from institution to institution.

Please tell about BITS? Do they support lateral entry?

No, BITS does not give lateral entry admission for diploma holders. However through the Work Integrated Learning Programme working professional can takes admission in seven semester B.tech program. The eligiblity for which is 60% marks in Diploma and 2 years of work experience.
