As long as the open university from which you've done graduation it's recognized by UGC, the degree is valid, and if you meet the eligibility criteria that is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate or above depending upon the norms of the university , you are eligible to pursue MBA, the entrance tests conducted regarding this are as follows-
CAT scores are accepted by IIIMs and top other universities, its eligibility criteria is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate, in case of reserved category there's relaxation of 5%. Those in the final years can also apply for CAT.
CMAT is conducted by NTA and then there's XAT for both the eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, final year students are also eligible to apply
Apart from this we have SNAP, NMAT, ATMA , state level management exams such as MAH CET, TANCET, TSICET,APICET,OJEE, KMAT etc.

So you need to revise again and again what you have studied and you have to practice a lot of moch papers and previous year papers to know where do you stand in your preparation.
