I haven't got your question clearly? Are you talking about security money you have deposited.
Then,You need not pay security money again in 2nd year
Security money conditions are like,
If you have deposited security money in 1st round,
If you don't get a seat.Your miney will be refunded
If you got a seat a seat and you don't want your money will be refunded.
