As Your mark is 212 in upsee entrance exam ,the chance of getting admission in top uptu college are less ,but not impossible you can get admission there ,if you have patience to go through all round of counselling .

. GLBITM , Great Noida.

.NIET , Great Noida.

IPEC ,Ghaziabad.

BBDNITM, Lucknow.

SRMU , Lucknow.

There are alot of college, also in uptu which give admission on the basis of 12th marks (above 65%)+ donation ,so you have not to think about it.

But if you want admission in government colleges by upsee entrance at marks 212 you have to go through all round of counselling of all top colleges ( like EIT) ..

There are alot of  top private colleges in India which give admission on the basis of class 12 marks and these  colleges also provide alot of scholarship ,you must try for these colleges :-

• Amity university,Noida

• LPU ,Jalandhar

• KIIT

And many others .(.Try for LPU Jalandhar)
