Hi,
This is not the way to go about this. You should see what you want to become, which area your interests lie and then decide. B.Tech is a technical degree and in India is way preferred over the other. I think you should draw a checklist of what you wish to become and then see what to take up. That way, you can do a course that is of interest to you and move further to build a career in it.
