Hello,
You will be eligible to take admission in B.Tech in your desired branch after you will complete your class 12th with a recognized board.After that you can appear in JEE mains and if you will pass jee mains then you can appear in JEE advance.
For admission in NITs and IITs you must have 75% in your boards.
