You have very less chances but you have few colleges to get into through OBC category. The chances are very less because allmost all states demand 400+ marks for the resereved categories in govt. medical and dental college. Though you can try with the counselling rounds or you can try in the state quota also. You might get admission there. Dear candidate, Colleges is totally depend on the marks you got and the rank. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. Under state quota the 85 percent reservation for state students and under all india quota the 15 seats for the other state students.
As you have not mentioned about any state, its difficult to say about any college with any information. Very less chance for the all india quota seat as per your marks in other state. Have some possibilities in home state, not confirm.
