Take a pik of your photo in ur Android camera later go to google Chrome type image compressor and open the first site upload file scroll down adjust quality (less than 50kb)  and press apply later scroll up and give download.Go to the ssc website and open the form and add the photo from download then preview .IT WORKS..

I think the documents you are uploading are not in the prescribed format as per the notice or instructions given by SSC. So you should check the size of the file as well as the image format of the file and then upload it. I think your problem will be solved.
