You have qualified NEET with good marks but your chances for getting a seat in medical college are really not much . But you can even get a seat under 85% quota . You will not find OBC category cut off because it's not available yet. Because difference between the marks of OBC and general is just 15 or 10 marks and not less than this .I hope this was helpful
