hii...I've just compleated my 12th with science stream,, I have a little interest in IT...please suggest me what computer course is useful for me.
LIST OF IT COURSES AFTER 12TH
BACHELOR’S DEGREE COURSES
- B.E. or B.Tech. in Information Technology – 4 years
- B.E. or B.Tech. in Information and Communication Technology – 4 years
- B.E. or B.Tech. in Information Security – 4 years
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) – 3 years
- BIT (Bachelor of Information Technology) – 3 years
- B.Sc. IT – 3 years
- Integrated (B.E./B.Tech. + M.E./M.Tech.) Computer Engineering – 5 years
- BBA in IT – 3 years
- BA (IT) – 3 years
- B.Com. (IT) – 3 years
Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Technology programs are 4 years long academic programs. Other Degree courses (like BCA and B.Sc.) are 3 years long. Integrated Engineering programs are 5 years long.
DIPLOMA COURSES
- Diploma in Information Technology – 3 years
- Diploma in Information Science – 3 years
- Diploma in IT and Networking – 3 years
Diploma Engineering programs are 3 years long. Students who have completed 10th and/or 12th are eligible to pursue Diploma Engineering courses.

see you can not make an clear idea about computer science unless you have studies any thing related with IT, cse or new emerging technology topics, however to become success ful in IT career you need to have some basics thing,
high aptitude and reasoning solving ability,
have deep interest in mathematics and towards the roots of the equation, have good knowledge on probability in 10+2 standard.
must be a quick learner and have keen interest to learn new technology.
if you have above mention quality you are fittest to join bachelors course in cs,
btech in cse/it or bachelor in computer application will be best to start career in computer science.
