You should focus either in engineering entrance EXAMINATION or medical entrance EXAMINATION.As both are entirely different from each other.. MATHEMATICS portion of jee will be little tougher to solve for medical Aspirants..If you have opted biology then you should focus on medical entrance EXAMINATION...
