himachal Pradesh national law university, shimla is good? for students of five years integrated law programme
HPNLU is one of the fastest growing NLUs in the country. This being said, I would like to quote some facts regarding the college.
Quality of Education that one gets in the college is par excellence as the students are taught by well qualified group of faculty members. The faculty is mostly from Delhi University which are experienced in their fields. The teaching pedagogy followed is that of Delhi University.
With regard to Infrastructure, the law school is currently running in the premises of judicial academy and has its own campus ready. The Law school would shift to its owncampus in the next semester(beginning of february 2019). In my opinion, none of the nlus have progressed at this rate(Having their own campus within 2 years).
Extra curricular activities are also in its full swing. Starting from sports to debates to moots, the college has facilities for these activities. Moveover, teams are sent to various competitions around the country.
There are alot of people who pass on hate comments against Hpnlu. I dont know whether these people are too idle to defame the college or they have something against the college but my only suggestion to them is that spread the facts and not myths or hearsays around the social media.
If you talk about placements…then with such high standards of education, I believe it would be res ipsa locquitor and i dont need to ponder upon this issue.
The standard of students produced by a university makes the so called ‘Brand name’ of the university. Similar to the NLU, Delhi, the National Law University, Shimla is going to shine bright in the years to come.
I will suggest you to consider other options as well.
Also not only focus on one exam of law, give other law exams as well.
Incase you have any other query regarding law admissions, let me know.
Good Luck.
mam I am from commerce background so what kind of study i prefer in law
