Himalayan University, Andhra Pradesh, is a recognised University. It is recognised and approved by Rehabilitation Council of India ( RCI ) and UGC too. So, there's nothing to worry about.
Yes, the passouts from this university are eligible to apply for government jobs.

Himalayan University is UGC approved and it is also approved by AICTE, the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), by Bar Council of India (BCI) and by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).This university is also a member of Association of Indian Universities. The degrees by the university are recognized by MHRD and UGC. So it is acceptable for job requirements in private as well as government sectors of India.
