Hello dear aspirant.

For your kind information there are two types of caste certificate one is central and another is state level.

If you are from up and your caste is in list of up OBC moreover you are applying for up jobs of state level.

Then you can submit your state level OBC category certificate it will surely help you .

First of all I would like to thank you for your prompt response, but you still didn't answered my query. I know that there are two certificates one is for Central and second is for state. My query is that, my caste is in OBC category in Delhi and in UP, but not in Central. I am a resident of Delhi and having OBC certificate issued by Delhi government. So can I apply in UP too as my caste is in OBC category in UP?
