Hi,my common merit rank is 4279 and category rank is 985 (obc non creamy ) which nift campuses I'll be able to get for fashion design(B.des)

Based on your rank of CMR 4279 and OBC rank 985, you can admission in fashion designing course in NIFT shillong and NIFT srinagar.
As per last year, the last rank admitted in OBC category in fashion designing in NIFT shillong was 4324 and NIFT srinagar was 4564.
You can also try applying for 2nd round counselling as you may get other options as well.
