Hi..my cousin got 36% in jee main paper 2 (General) and her score is 147..is there any chance that she is qualified?

NTA officially have not announced any cut off list yet but with 36% score your rank will be around 94.5k.
It's quite hard to get into government institutions with that rank but you can surely try in some private institutions.
