Hello aspirant ,
I will directly list out the Eligibility criteria in Age for CDS 2 2020:
- Indian Military Academy (IMA)- Unmarried candidates born not earlier than July 2, 1997, and not later than July 1, 2002.
- Indian Naval Academy (IMA) -Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than July 2, 1997, and not later than July 1, 2002.
- For Air Force Academy candidate should be between 20 to 24 years as on July 1, 2021 (born not earlier than July 2, 1997, and not later than July 1, 2001).
- Officers’ Training Academy (SSC Course for men)-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than July 1, 1996, and not later than July 1, 2002, are eligible for the exam.
- Officers’ Training Academy (SSC Women Non-Technical Course)- The appplying candidates should be unmarried and born not earlier than July 1, 1996, and not later than July 1, 2002.
So from this list I say that you are eligible to give the exam but you will not be eligible for the Indian AirForce , Indian Military or the Indian Navy .
But you are only eligible for the Indian Officers Training Academy which is a very respected job.

i have another question.in the sds exam,i applied for OTA.so will i be given the same question paper in the exam hall or different from the student applied for IMA,IAF and INA?cause they will give maths exams too along with english and GK.while OTA students only appear English and GK.so will we be given the same exam paper and we will just skip the maths exam and write the amswer for english and gk?is it how it works?
