Hi..my friend put a yes at NRI quota at NEET pg 2021 exam by mistake..tomorrow is the last date of the correction portal..but there is no way to change the NRI option to make it no,...so I'm scared..what to do next??...plz kindly help me.. so that I can help my friend.

The correction window was open to make changes in category by 21st March 2021. And to make changes in image, correction window willl be open between 2 to 4 April, 2021. There is no option to make changes in nationality. You can refer here:
