You do not have a high enough AIR rank, but with your category rank in NEET UG, you have a fair chance at getting into the MBBS and BDS Colleges in Tamil Nadu via the State Quota Seats (85%) but a low chance with the All India Quota Seats (15%).

According to NEET qualifying cutoff this year, your marks should be in between 565 to 633 then only you will get a chance to take admission in a government college in Telangana.
