You have not mentioned your category but yess you stand chances of getting into a government college .There might be thinner chances if you are from general to get a high ranked one as you are on the ebb but yes you may get a chance you have scored well.

You have a good score in NEET 2019. You have good chances of getting a seat in government medical colleges. If not form state quota then you can get from All India Quota also though in AIQ there is 15% seats. But do try for a government college. You have good chances.
